- Have the phone ring at 1:45 am. It's work.
- Listen, comprehend, respond, instruct, advise, listen, repeat.
- Stay up and worry. Drink water.
- 3:00 am. Call work, verify, worry less, drink water.
- No use sleeping. Drink water.
- 4:00 am. Enough bad television. Make coffee.
- Shower. Bananna, bread with peanut butter, milk, coffee.
- Take care of business.
- Dress. Foam roller cavs.
- More coffee and water.
- More business.
- Prepare after run recovery drink.
- Go drive to run location.
- Call work and say don't call me anymore.
- Scout people wearing watches; that's everybody but me.
- Run. Work way to one of the lead packs. Stop to retie shoes. Repeat.
- Be friendly so you can ask time at the end of the run, or just to be friendly.
- Done. According to the nice lady in the orange top, our time is 1:51 for 13.1 miles.
