Took my wine headache for a four mile easy run this morning. That's all I had. Beer works better I'm pretty sure.
That has me at 18 miles for the week. Just sluggish the last two days. It's weird really. I'll have this sensation of pent up energy like I need a long run. Then I get going and start crashing right away. No energy; just blah. I may still be absorbing that eight mile tempo from Wednesday. And that sixteen miles from Sunday may still be in there. Who knows. I'm thinking of a 10 miler tomorrow on easy terrain to make it an even 28 for the week. I should start using fancy terms like cutback week to describe times like this.
