Runners are funny. I'm doing fine with four mile jaunts. I am allowing myself to check out from time to time but holding an improved form and good cadence for the most part. Down to 8:50 average pace with some fast pace runs mixed in here and there for fun. I wish somebody would make a name for those short little tempo type thingies.
