project 180 - first report

Two miles again today. I focused on a quick cadence and counted. Whoa. By my count, I can do 180 and then some. I kept hitting 200. After a mile or so I was really feeling it. . Two miles of this was a serious workout. Maybe I need a metronome to hit target. Or a very tiny jockey.

  1. I really hope this solves your sore foot problem. I am not sure what my stride rate is ... I tend to take long strides so it probably is relatively low. Maybe something to work on this summer. :)

    By the way I vote for a tiny jockey. :)
