oh yeah I'm still running

Pretty well actually. Listening to Jill still who listens to some messianic chiropractor. Rotating the Piranhas and the Pegasuses (Pegases, Pegasi?) It's not the shoes anyway; it's the motion. Rotating the shoes helps me focus on and experience the correct motions. Six Saturday. Four Monday. The sky's the limit. Foot pain has reached the tolerably annoying level with occasional ratcheting of concern toward reinjury. At which point I either stop running or keep running. Pretty simple really. Thanks for asking.

    I don't see any five fingers on the list. Thank heavens. Are you doing the cadence drill stuff still?

  3. I haven't been doing the cadence drills lately. I've got enough math to do now that school has started again.

  4. just curious. are you doing a full rotation, going with two piranhas, then left piranha and right pegasus and two pegasus and left pegasus and right piranha and right piranha on left foot and left piranha on right foot with pegasus on each hand? or is this more in the metaphorical sense in which you declare the Piranha will no longer be hosting your telethon with no explanation why? I'll hang up and take my answer off the air. thanks.
