Ran three miles Monday after the Sunday sixteen. Made it into hill repeats. Felt great and the heel keeps getting better all the time.
Rested Tuesday. Crunch time at work with everything happening at work. Stressed and having trouble with time management. Hoping to get in a run tonight.
Considering a thirteen miler in Augusta on Oct 24th. I'm just itching to run a long race in the Piranhas to see how I do.
