Later I discovered that the treadmills don't really tell you how fast you're going. They do have numbers on the weights though; metric of course.
Exit question: If you refer to people as "lunk heads", isn't that a form of judgement? Not that I'm judging.
Feel free to judge those who take weight lifting too seriously, but not those who spend 10 minutes on the elliptical and call it a day.
